Jolene Parisio, MBA
Founder and Managing Director

Best known for her creative problem solving and ability to make a big marketing impact from small budgets, Jolene has spent over 20 years working in the marketing field at Fortune 200 and 500 companies. Confident in leading global marketing teams while also comfortable sharing her knowledge with start-ups and small companies. Jolene has honed her skills leading well-known industrial brands, including Genie brand of equipment products and big truck brands Kenworth and Peterbilt. Accomplishments include redefining decade-old brands and driving digital transformation leading to company historic revenue highs. ​

A lifelong learner, Jolene earned her MBA from Seattle University. Previously she attended the University of Washington, where she double majored in Economics and Sociology. Jolene completed the Kellogg Women's Senior Leadership Program at Northwestern University. 

Jolene is a recent graduate of the Kellogg Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) program at Northwestern University. During this year long program Jolene gained skills from the top global professors in the marketing field. 

When she's not making marketing mayhem, you can find her on the tennis courts, globe-trotting, snuggling her dog, or giving back through volunteering.
